Polka Hearts

Here are the outfit pictures of what I wore to our Storm King outing. Not too much else to say right now although I'm looking forward to this weekend. Beach, BBQ, Friends, and Family...what else can a girl want?

These were taken a couple weeks ago when a few friends, Sonny and I all jumped into a car and headed upstate to check out the Storm King art center. We had a great time walking around the grounds, stopped for a picnic, and then jumped onto the trolley by the end of it since we were all a little exhausted. It's a huge outdoor art center that takes a whole afternoon to check out. I highly suggest that you make a trip up there if you can.

I've got to say that this has been one exciting summer so far. I've been out enjoying every last bit of it which is why the blog has been neglected. I'm not all that sorry though because you too should be out enjoying yourself! I've been to the beach so many times i've lost count, have indulged in plenty {soy} ice cream cones, and have been enjoying married life with my husband, visiting family and friends. 

We're already in August but I still have a few more trips planned before the end of it all and then there's my birthday come September! 

Although this summer has been extremely hot, I've been trying to not give up on style and am definitely more aware of the fabrics before I purchase anything. If it's not cotton, I won't buy it. That's basically my motto this summer. I'm a little obsessed with these AA tanks. They're perfect for both hot days, and working out. Oh and my hair? Yeah, it's just doing it's own thing, I can't be bothered with heat styling products.
